Role Overview:

As a Sales Executive at Two Thirds Different Ltd, you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales of our digital marketing services. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing potential clients, presenting our services, and closing deals. Your proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and ability to build strong relationships will be essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that showcase the value of our digital marketing services.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets, ensuring a smooth transition from prospect to client.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
  • CRM Management: Use CRM tools to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure client needs are met and services are delivered effectively.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights to management.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from clients to continuously improve our services and address any concerns or issues.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a digital marketing, advertising, or related industry.
  • Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and successfully closing deals.
  • Client Management: Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships and understand client needs.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deliver persuasive presentations.
  • Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills and experience handling complex sales processes.
  • Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the digital marketing landscape and understanding of industry trends.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus but not required.
